Lucid Dreaming is the phenomenon where a person becomes aware they are dreaming while still within the dream, gaining the ability to shape their surroundings, control their actions, and navigate between layers of consciousness. This project explores the interplay between computation, design, and the lucid dream state, using technology to simulate the fluidity and surrealism of dreams. Through five experiments, we explored how the body's subconscious rhythms can be captured and transformed into visual, physical, and interactive experiences integrating with the theme of “Lucid Dream”.

" During REM sleep, our bodies are at rest, yet our minds are alive. This is the stage where most vivid dreams occur. It's a dance of neurons, memories, and emotions. Lucid dreams take this a step further — transforming passive dreaming into an active exploration of the mind's potential."
